A Long Portrait

This video was made for the Vimeo Weekend Challenge. I've never done a long portrait before and wasn't sure of how exactly to go about it. I decided to use my wonderful grandmother as the subject of this video. I first tried telling her to just look into the camera, but it didn't feel natural. I then decided to tell her that I needed to go get something but I left the camera recording without her knowing, this way she would look 100% natural.

I recorded some natural sound that was occurring behind her, muffled it, and added it into the mix.
